Happy New Year everyone. It's only 6:44 pm here so I have to wait.

i'm a few hours ahead of you folks in the UK but HAPPY NEW YEAR FOR EVERYONE, TOO!
no party for me- just a quiet walk down to the river for a small campfire together with my faithful friend LITTLE FORREST, my beloved knife, my SFA and my infamous pruning saw.... . i concocted a hot chocolate in my stainless-steel bottle and let the last 12month reflect past- several BITTER disappointments for me and i realized i did not have a single overnighter this last yearuppy_dog (although my current accomodation almost classifies as wintercamping... ).... .
the world lost two important persons, too: nelson mandela and mikhail kalashnikov(i refer to the person-NOT to his creation!)....
let's see how 2014 turns out....
