Hand injury and bushcraft ideas

I recently was involved in an accident where I got cut through the extensor tendon and knuckle

This is me trying to point as you can see I failed.
Anyway.
Its been sewn back on but now i am sort of one handed.
Thing is I want to do some more duy and crafts but what can i do one handed?
Help me figure this one out

I've seen a one handed leather worker who makes nice kit. I couldn't tell you what sort of tools he was using but I remember being impressed so it's certainly achievable somehow.
