They certainly do - iirc I think Steve (swright) got a version of these and was going to test them out. No idea what became of it though. Wonder what it's R rating is.

The backpacking light one is woven, very breathable and doesn't rustle.

I've had one for a while, they'll probably be okay for summer hanging trips but not sure how cold they'd go.
You'd have to get it right up against the base of the hammock fabric to get the reflective benefits, that might be easy to test or a nightmare.
A hammock made from the same coated fabric would be interesting

I've usually used a homemade two layer hammock - one of these could be slipped between the layers.
The cost is pretty damn high for a rectangle of fabric tho'!
