Seems I'm not the only one who didn't read the whole listing! I have contacted the seller and they know the sizing is a bit generous to say the least, and are quite willing to exchange.

Just out of interest, who bought the large? What size shirt do you normally buy? I get a 17 or 17.5inch collar, 43-44 inch chest.

Cant work out which i shoud get in return now. Large & medium seem to be the same chest as the medium!

Anyone got any advice?

I think if you got a medium you wouldn't be able to do the collar button up or it would be tight but the rest would fit fine. They are massive in the chest even on the medium shirt. I normally go for large and I'm glad I didn't!

As the medium 7 large seem to have the same armpit to armpit measure - only lengths are diffierent - i'll go for the large.

I think i'll stick with the large too. Come winter, it'll be great as part of a layering system.

just to say fair play to these guys - no quibble replacement after 'Freepost' return and the smaller size have just arrived. Perfect - fit like....well, like shirts that are the right size really!
