Dad presented me with this last night; said it was donated for the jumble...I told him I can do a better job than that.

Its a mk 2 Arctic sleeping bag, down and feather, complete with cover that folds into the bag in the first pic.

Condition seems to be good aside from the funky surplus smell.

Ill run the auction for two weeks (25th march) or until it peters out.

Bidding starts on what Dad was going to ask for it at the jumble, a princely £3.

One more try for £30

Mk2 Arctic Sleeping Bag.

A rare opportunity to obtain a very hard to find bag. We have just found a few more, possibly the last ones.
All nylon construction, feather and down filled, these sleeping bags have been in storage for over 20 years.
Considering the age of them (manufactured in the 1980's) they still loft up remarkably well. Grade 1 condition.
Ideal for anglers. They have full length central crash zip which is covered by a good size baffle.
Images are library photos.
Approximate dimensions:
Overall length (top of hood to foot) 80” (203cms)
Length (neck to foot) 72" (183cms)
Length (shoulder to foot) 66" (168cms)
Width at shoulder 29" (74cms)
Width at foot 16" (41cms)
Weight 5lbs (2.5k)
