I got a grinder not long ago and it came with a little jig.
Does any have any info on how to use it or what it for??

Hi Monkey Boy,

Hard to tell from the photograph but it looks like the jig is part of a mounting for getting consistent angles when grinding. Have you looked up the grinder on the net to see what accessories come with it?

Dan is right. It is used to get a consistent profile on woodturning gouges. It is not cheap and would have some resale value.

It is the Sorby jig, and you have a pink wheel which are better as they don't get the tool as hot. Did you get it off a turner?
