Cumbria lake district
hi guys,
just joined the forum, looking forward to picking some peoples heads about kits, routes etc.
I live reet up norf on the edge of the lake district, and pretty new to all this walking and hiking malarkey, but loving it so far, done quite a few walks around the lakes and fells this last year, mainly with my trusty hound...or rather beddlington !!!
itching to get out now for some wild camping and a couple of overnighters on the fells, my favorite areas are the western fells....so far !!, much quieter, and more secluded, the paths are not as well worn, and its easy to take a wrong turn and add some adventure to the walks
