i would like to thank john and bob for a great day cnoeing
john invited me on a trip down from cilgerran to carmathen even though i had only been in a canoe a couple of times john and bob put me at ease as soon as we met, i learnt a lot in the course of the day even ran a few rapides had a great time and i am hooked, the only way to travel,
if any of you get a chance to go with these guy's go you will not regret it .

I had fun as well - despite the rain... and actually we ended up in Cardigan, not Carmarthen...
I will let you know next time we had a trip on down suitable water, even perhaps an overnighter on the Daugleddau?
