good site for axes and knives

They look nice.

I never realized that some axes were made from ball peen hammers, I'd like to know what those with more knowledge on the subject than I (that'll be just about everybody!) thinks of them.

i know dave budd uses hammers sometimes, i think that they're pretty good steel most of the time and using a hammer just means that you don't have to forge the hole, which i'm led to believe is a bit tricky

Most hammers are ok though, just try to avoid really cheap ones and those that look to be cast rather than forged :)
