I've never used it and it seems a shame for it to stay at the back of the cupboard.

In the first pic a nalgene 32oz bottle is in the pocket. It fits but is tight. A narrower bottle (like a sigg) would fit comfortably.
3rd pic shows the mesh 'air back' thing which is removeable.
