I have a friend who worked for Tameside counsel and it is scary how much money they throw away every year and its not even their money Grrrr

Don't get me started on that. I work in part of Trafford park that is proposed to be part of the city center charge zone. The only time I've seen traffic is when the football is on and I don't see them proposing to bring in the charge during match times.

...In fact I would not put it past them.
