Dunno if this is a repost or not.
Found this channel on the weekend while looking for bread recipes:
http://www.youtube.com/user/jastownsendandson
The author runs some sort of re-enactment gear shop but interspersed in his dozens of videos are a great 4 part series on 18th century bread recipes and a 34 video 18th century cooking series, higher than usual def, usually about 10 mins each.
The relevance is of course he does a lot of this cooking in dutch ovens and earthenware on, in or over open fires/coals so a lot of this is transferrable to your campcraft.
Seems a bit of a natural presenter too. Wet winter nights in lookin up for me. I'm going to try his 'enriched' no knead bread recipe. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t8hLp0ND4OY&feature=relmfu
