Joey's videos are very good, I've been suscribed to home for a few years now. Forging a decent pair of tongs that look decent and work well is one of the hardest parts of smithing. Many smiths simply can't make them. Andy

I always think the mark of a real professional quality crafstman is when they take a very complicated skill and make it look easy. That fella made making those tongs look as simple as falling off a log!

I needed some tongs for heat treating knife blanks, and lacking the chops to make them from scratch I welded reigns onto a $3 pair of slip joint pliers - works great for what I do at this time.

I marvel at the skill of some of these people - and that they share it so freely.
