Hi.
A few years back while digging my back garden, I found three flint tools. I stored them in a box and forgot all about them. Then a few weeks back I came across them while cleaning the room out. So I thought why not take them to the museum and get them dated. I left the tools with the people at the museum and they said it would take up to six weeks before I would get a reply. Got letter back yesterday.
I have one Mesolithic flint arrow head. 8,000 to 4,000 BC. The next one is a Mesolithic, triangular flint scraper. 8,000 to around 4,000 BC. The third one is a large flint cutting tool. It is probably from the Mesolithic or Neolithic period. 8,000 to around 2,000 BC.
Got to wait another six weeks before I can get them back. They certainly don't hurry themselves. LOL

excuses, excuses the computer is just a modern tool, you are hindering yourselves, imagine having the same attitude to bushcrafting, first time we use something or try a new skill we all suck but we keep at it and before we know it we're handling that tool or new skill like we were born with it, computers are just the same except techcraft
