A pal at work got some for winter fishing and from what I can remember he said they were okay for the first hour but then his feet got cold. He was just sitting down all day though so they're probably fine if you're moving about.

I had a pair similar a while back, and found them warm to start off with, but then, as my feet sweated, they got colder. They were pretty uncomfortable after a while.
