I don't, but funnily enough, we found a couple when clearing out my brother's loft not long since.

I have them in a covered metal bucket, and no clue what to do with them.
Your dear brother was a pyromaniac M, you really ought to get up to a bit of mischief with them. You’ll know you’ve done the right thing by him as your shed, fence, and next doors shed go up in flames. ;)

I had a Toyota Townace a long time ago and it came equipped with a road flare. I still have it in the glovebox of the RAV4. Must find an excuse to strike it one day. :)

I've just read Hamish Macinnes book 'Call-Out' where there's a few instances where he describes the use of flares. One of them was on a rescue where in this very rare instance, the climbers had a radio with them. The climbers, who had fallen and were injured, radio in their whereabouts but in the dark and being in a gully, Hamish could not pinpoint their location and he was wary of Knocking rocks off the wall onto the casualties. So he asked the injured climbers, who were carrying flares, to fire one vertically and one horizontally. This allowed Hamish to pinpoint their location with precision. Obviously this was before we had devises that can locate us through gps.
