Day Out Fishing bimble

Took a trip to my usually productive brown trout loch. A nice couple of mile walk in and lunch of the ubiquitous beans and sausages but alas no trout.

Some say that our days are numbered, a finite length of life. To that, they add that a day spent fishing is a day not counted when the time comes to tally up.
I'd like to believe that it is so.
