Looks pretty slimline as it is, but do you need an axe and a saw?
What sort of activities are you planning to do? Other things I'd take would be a map of the area plus compass, (I presume your taking a mobile), and a book in case you end up stuck in camp due to a deluge.

Enjoy your trip!

do you really need an axe?

i'd add a little bottle of washing up liquid and a plastic scourer or something like that to wash the billy out.

other than that it's pretty much the same as what i'd take for a couple of nights

enjoy your trip

How about a roll mat to sleep on.
Is your sleeping bag warm enough.
I wouldn't bother with wash kit just toothpaste.
You taking any water.
Dump the fork you can eat almost anything with just a spoon.
Do you need salt pepper and oil with what food you have.
Also do you need a hatchet when you have a knife and saw.
Also do you need milk for your coffee and tea and something to drink out of.

Ill leave the hatchet at home this time, good shout on the washing up liquid and scrubber.

50ml of washing up will be plenty do you think?

Activity wise, walking, learning knots, making a pot stand from fallen timber, DIY tarp pegs etc.

Sounds good, well if your walking then a map is a must I reckon. It's completely your own preference but as shaggystu said you probably don't need an axe for small carving jobs like that. But by the same token if your skilled with it you could leave your knife and saw at home. Much as I love mine it always ends up being an axe shaped anchor in my bag.

Sleeping bag is plenty warm enough, i slept out in the garden 2 nights ago when temp was 3*c. at 4 am i had to open the bag abit as i was far too warm.
Not using a roll mat as ive got a new Self Inflating mat.
Ill be taking 2 x 1ltr bottles to start with.

Hatchet will be left at home.

Milk wise im taking 500ml plastic bottle of UHT.

Thanks for all the advise so far :D

Can't help you with what to take or not as that's something you'll learn with each trip out.....what works for you or nae.:)
You seem to have everything covered so you shouldn't be too uncomfortable, you're certainly better equiped than I was on my first outings.;)

Have fun.

If your taking tinned food just make sure you can open it. I know you have a knife but just be careful.

Might be worth getting a 2ltr bladder so you can fill up at the end of the day. Then you've got enough water for evening meal, brews and breakfast with little weight cost when not in use.
On the subject of a trowel they are really good if you can get an aluminium jobbie (I got mine from a 'poundland') but if weight is an issue you could carve a digging stick...
