First and foremost, I would like to say a big hello to everyone on the forums. I have lurked for some time now and though I would have a stab (no pun intended) at posting something.

Well after a long process of obtaining all the materials and tools needed to have a go at doing a custom knife, I finally completed it this morning.

The blade is a rawforged 3 layer laminated knifeblade by Bjarne Rasmussen
The handle is made from olive wood, moose horn, camel bone, nickel silver and black vulcan fibre.

I still need to oil the handle and polish the sheath and am waiting for the relevant materials to arrive in the post.

Tell me what you all think.........

The handle may look a little odd, but it has been shaped to fit my hand.
