Absoluty fasinating, Great find Rich, any ideas what the harvested reeds were for? I especially like the use of what looked like snowshoes or at least very similar when walking on the reeds, those dugouts look stunning,

The reeds are probably for roofing, but might be for cattle feed.

Almost certainly an aspen log they started with.
