I made this knife a while ago and i've just got round to making it a sheath.I'm not entirely happy with this one as the stitching's a bit wonky. First attempt at this style of sheath and in general i like it.It's just for my own personal use anyway! Made using very limited tools, hammer, dart, fork, bent terminal screwdriver, craft knife, couple of needles and sandpaper.
Brass stud and makers stamp made by myself.

Thanks guys!

I left the strap overhang intentionally long as i thought it could be more beneficial when hands are cold, wet or gloved. I'll find out if that is true in time i guess!!

Still not sure if the sheath would be better worn on the right side as intended, or the left side . On the left the strap can be operated with the left hand and the knife drawn with the right hand.

Well, i made a simple little stitch marking jig for my next sheath. ( I like simple!) I could have just bought a stitch-marking-wheel, but i like giving things a go myself! Maybe it's the miserable Scotsman in me.....Just means i can spend more on Tennents lager and square sausage!:lmao:
