Hi Folks, first post for a while, as we just got back from a 7 day camping trip
into Sinai which followed virtually straight on from our Far East Tour to
Singapore (2 days), Lombok in Indonesia (9 days) followed by Manila in the
Philippines (another 9 days).
The weather in Lombok was lovely - the earthquake and tsunami hit 2 days after
we left, arriving in Manila the day after the typhoon which went on to kill over
600 on mainland China.
These pics were all taken on a Canon digital camera we bought in Singapore,
there are some more on our 35mm, but they haven't been processed yet.
I also picked up a few pieces of "hardware" which I'll post if anybody is interested.
I've already posted them over on BB.
This is the island's vocano - Senaru - peeking above the clouds.
We took the walk up to the two waterfalls.

This is our guide Aral, 2 or 3 hundred yards before the 2nd, bigger falls - couldn't
take pics any closer because of the spray...!!

"lodgings".

Heading back from the island, we met this chappie about 3kms out...

unless they're covering up "naughty bits"...
