As some one who kept various tarantula as a child (and still would if not for the wife )I've never been bit and have a real laugh at these false widow stories news paper scaring at its best.my man cave(shed) has various spiders living in it and all welcome as I enjoy watching them they won't get moved on and would welcome the false widow although I think it will be a while before they get this far north.other country's get by with a lot more venomous animals I think people need to chill out a bit
