I aim to run this one evening again at the bushmoot this year. A couple of years ago we had this workshop and it was a great event. Bring yourself if you want to learn about elderberry wine making and taste some. Bring your own country wine making results and share your wine making skills if you'd like to. I'll also be selling some rooted cuttings of one of my white (yes white) elderberry bush varieties - "Brenchley".

Anyone interested?

Those that bought and grew seedlings a couple of years ago - they might be bearing fruit for some of you this year?

My own wine making has taken in elderflower champagne in the last couple of years and I hope to bring a bottle or two of that for tasting as well.

Not my drinky but I attended last year (or was it the year before?)

If you are into home brew this is worthy, Rich has worked hard to refine this skill and pass his knowlege on.
