Hello there,

Was pointed to this website for the jerky method, and got hooked on the great information and community you have here

I'm Lia, currently trapped in Nottingham, whose only virtue is that it's a good place for getting out to other places... I spend a fair bit of time up in the Peaks, which are close by.

I don't have a great deal of knowledge - I know what I've needed to find out, but I'm looking forward to picking up more skills.

Looking forward to meeting you all - though I see a few familiar faces here and there already
