Well, there is certainly birth sap and maple/ sycamore sap for a start.

How do you tap a birth then? Do i have to carve myself up a long hook thing or what?:lmao:

There is also cherry gum, but it doesn't taste of much. I have heard of reciepe called indian chewing gum that was made with it but i don't know the details.

Does anyone know the nitty gritty of doing maple syrup? like when? what further processing?

i seem to remember that michael blomgren tested his bloodsugars before and after drinking pineneedle tea, it contained some sugars so it might be possible to tap a large amount and try to cook it in to a sort of syrup.

not sure if this is a good thing for the tree in question though
