I've used a 20l one for a pillow on a few occasions, typically for about 2 hours before I wake up with my head flat to the floor before inflating it again. One of these makes a much better pillow: http://www.tesco.com/direct/tesco-inflatable-camping-pillow/592-9889.prd

I've got a Multimat inflatable jobbie, which at a shade over 400g is about as light as it'll get and is seriously comfortable provided you're on a level surface.

Not all drybags are created equal. I had an Exped (I think) one which would best be described as a damp bag as it leaked water very slowly through the webbing at the neck, it would leak air a lot faster. I bought some Ortleibs 2nd hand, I can't remember if it was here or SOTP, and haven't looked back since.
