This is as new - bar the mods. It has velcro above the chest pockets and down from shoulder to elbow rather than small pockets. It also has knitted cuffs and the wire removed from the hood. The chap that gave it to me modded it for deerstalking, but now I have a new MTP one this is surplus.
180/96 in NATO. I'm 44 and it has plenty for warm stuff.
