I've got a pair of these. Very nice trousers. Got that crossover belt buckle thingy, and are tailored to fit better than the army lightweights, plus they shed dirt and wind and rain almost like they are teflon coated.

'Good livin' is to blame for a lot of my clothes shrinkin too. Seriously though, these would cost a fortune if they were a commercial brand.

Treadlightly told me about this thread, says these trousers might be the sort of thing I'm looking for. My wants are ...

  • NO elasticated waist !!!
  • small pocket on thigh for phone
  • small pocket on other thigh for my small meds
  • cargo pockets on both legs that close properly
  • hand pockets on both sides
  • inner zip pocket for valuables/keys/wallet would be useful
  • knife pocket on leg would be good

Do you think they might answer? I've had a look at the link but it doesn't tell me enough. My middle (can't call it a "waist"!) is 35", do you think they might fit or am I too fat too?

These are still knocking about.SAM_0840.jpgSAM_0841.jpgSAM_0842.jpg

Also a pair of temperate MTP which I would say are 36 - 38 at £16.50. The postage I will cap at £3 for each pair or for both if bought together.
