I want to know what they're doing with all the yolks ? and who's making money off them ?

Thank you...........so they remove the yolks, sell them on, and then add a bit of colouring and some vitamins and............are eggbeaters more expensive than eggs ?

On the other hand, it sounds a nifty idea for camping. Liquid egg, no shells to break

I have used it in the past and it tastes OK to me but great idea of trying that out in the dehydrator may just give that a try...

I was kind of thinking that wet egg products were of the battery egg variety when I posted this!
I am not really anal about battery eggs but try not to buy them hence the drying version.
Glad it was of use to you guys......now shall I buy a dehydrator?!?!?!
