Dave Budd knife

fantastic razor sharp hand made dave budd knife. exellent condition, comes with leather sheath.
has bes number 002 stamped on. Not sure what wood the scales are but they are very nice, they look a bit dulled but should polish up again nicely.

The blade was made for a memeber of the BES forum maybe 6 years ago. I started to make a knife just for the forum (one design just for them, all to be serial numbered). I made one full knife for a member (who then vanished and it sat around for ages before somebody else bought it), then I made this blade for a member to handle themselves (hence no makers mark).

I only ever made those two blades of that design!

The handle (like i say, only the blade is my work) looks like amboyna but I may well be wrong. Looks good though

you just made it even harder to sell now, i need the dosh, so it truly is a very reluctant sale, one of only two and still is as sharp as the day dave made it, it really is a cracking knife.
