i felt like doing a cooking video today

dandilion greens are packed full of goodness as well as being very plentiful and easy to identify i added the goose grass to see what it would taste like and to bulk up the soup abit. over all the soup tasted alright and the good thing is you can flavor it how you want.
here is the spice mix i used
1tbs of ground corriander
2tbs of hot chilli powder
1tbs of ground cumin
1 tbs of paprika
1/2tbs of galic powder
1tbs of oinion powder
1tbs of salt
and as you saw i like my tabasco but you can make it how you like e.g a good idea may be to add a chicken stock cube or something like that
if you are makeing in a proper kitchen insted of the field then i recomend that you use a hand blender to get a finer texture. i know it was a bit wierd showing what i used after the cooking but i just put it together that way.
i may do a write up of instructions on my blog http://thewildhornet.blogspot.co.uk/
