Picture says it all!
Blade is by Mogens Loft Svendsen and is ~96mm long ( 3.75'' )

Bolster is polished bronze.

Red wood is stabilised elder.

The five spacers and end cap are of two different colours of mammoth ivory.

The metal spacers are grooved and of 2mm pewter.

The rest of the handle is made of blue/grey stablised mammoth tooth

FS at £265 includes sheath that matches the handle patterns as per picture, PayPal fee and RMSD

The banks of the Deveron.
and depending upon the acidity and nature of the soil it varies red through blue and green hue apparently.

Beautiful knife, wish I could have enough money to buy all the pretty things.

Lovely knife. One of the unexpected bonuses of global warming is the melting of permafrost in some areas of Siberia, and the thousands of mammoth and mastodon tusks that are now becoming uncovered.

can't believe you're selling the penillion bert:O

Yes- it is a shame but needs must when you make a silly mistake-
(how dare that tree jump out in front of me :rolleyes:)

Sniper- you can use this knife but I would not recommend you baton with it as that will ruin that fantastic work fromPenillion.
But you can frame it too if you so wish - it is quite beautiful and unique -
I'm reluctant to let it go but got to pay for motor repairs - such is life- luxury items go first!
