during my many tripstotheinterweb i came across this very funky tent and its brother.

and what are you supposed to do in case of an emergency? Assemble your bike first or run?
Kind of solution whitout problem IMHO.
If they want to steal your gear they´ll do it, that sort of bike-tent combo doesn´t help.

On solo tours I prefer my trusty old Moss tent - more than 20yrs old and still going strong. Another proof that quality works.
A tarp also works. Same with hammocks.
