Can anyone assist me in finding/sorting out acccident insurance fir individuals attending a Bushcraft type survival course?

Looking for contact details of anyone that can cover a group or on individual basis for a set period.

Course is for a Arctic survival course.

Who does this sort of thing?

Most of the activities would be covered by travel insurance that people are advised to get, have a look through the areas covered as camping etc often is.

I have had particularly bad service from the Insurance Broker 'Bonsure Ltd.'. They were very happy to take the money but not so useful when I needed them to act as my broker when I was having problems with their choice of insurer.

I have had very good service from 'One Assist' or 'One Claims' who did a pretty good job of sorting out my medical evacuation and repatriation.

Obviously if you are in a European country, make sure you have an EHIC card, less obviously but what is very important is that you make sure the medical authorities in whichever European country you find yourself having medical care in scan BOTH sides of the EHIC card, not just the side that holds your information.

I was almost billed for a rescue helicopter because the admin staff only scanned one side of the card.

Have a great time.

Just go for Direct Line insurance.

I've used them several times for various trips. They're cheap and cover most activities.
