Silkstone, Blighty!
What an amazing bit of work! I really like what you did to the F1, what an improvement over the kraton handle or whatever it is! Did you use the blanks that are available, or was it a kraton handleld job?

As for the other knife, really nice. Amazing looking scales, I really like them. Any specs for your knife at all?

Sure,

Blade steel is CPM3v
Handle material is Stabalised Buckeye Burl

Blade length = 90mm
Overall length = 214mm
Blade width at widest point = 30mm
Blade thickness = 3mm

Made this to fit my criteria for a bushknife, the blade is a touch longer than than my palm, it hasnt got a guard to speak of. And the edge starts right at the handle which i personally like. And of course it fits my hand perfect

No problems at all ,both doing everything i ask of them.Forgot to thank you for the sheath for the Shing ,it was my lad's first birthday present ,he will get his hands on it in about 7 or 8 years ,and if it is anything like my Paul Baker it will last him a lifetime
Cheers Andrew

Cool, if you have a bit of gun oil then give it a light coat if you plan on storing it for a while!
