Russ is still up there and I've just phoned him. He says the chair is there, and do you want it brought down the road or left at Comriecroft for you ? They'll hang onto it until you get back or we can get it through to Glasgow in a fortnight or so.

cheers,
M

feedback seems very positive over on BB - I hope everyone had a good time!

I'm still bloody coughing though! - not impressed.

All the best

4 young ladies were in Kata number 2, celebrating someones birthday. Red tent was a couple of Muggles..

EDIT: Bivibabe has just reminded me, that '4 young ladies' may be better described as annoying twits due to nocturnal giggling at 3 and 4 am.

Edit edit. Yes I'm sure Twits is the right word she used...

Nice photos folks :D

For those who are wondering, the Scots were presented with the John Fenna Award at the Moot (and yes, Mr Fenna does strongly resemble the little 'award'.
In the interests of friendship and understanding however, the Wee MacFenna is being 'culturally assimilated' :D
We're taking him on his holidays  and we'll hand him back properly dressed :)

cheers,
Mary

Right - I may not say a lot...but when I speak the gods themselves pay attention!
I see I have a bunnet - but where is my kilt!
In the interests of accuracy I am entitled to wear the Leslie tartan (from my mothers side of the family and also my connections with The KOSB), a sporran a la Jacobite pattern/Ozhaggis head type would be nice as I use one when in the woods, a wee knife in my sock, and a bigger one at my belt - and a good dram in my hand!
Good on the Mad Scots!

Kilt nothing, it's a plaid he's having, just as soon as his belt's finished :D
The rest of his cultural assimilation outfit will appear as the year and his jaunts go on
His rucsac now has straps, and a couple of bushcrafty bits within it :)

Does anyone know where I can get a one litre dry bag, in tartan ???

cheers,
M
