Sorry, not much man it cost me £16.99 not sure if folk even swap stuff at that price about here. I know its not much was just to save it sitting about really!
If its the pretty big book then I have a copy, its not something I would want to carry about with me all the time but it does cover a hell of a lot of stuff.

Yeah not ideal size for taking in the woods. Yeah it does covers a lot more than I thought it would. If I'm being honest I bought it in hope I would be able to identify wood for trying to make things and use the correct wood for fires and to try fire by friction!

Packing my kit the now as gonna go away tomorrow (fingers crossed) I can do with a new fire steel. Or some help on carving spoons haha!
