Christmas Wreaths, Show us yours!

Getting in the festive 'spirit' i decided to crack open a bottle of pumpkin and rasin wine last night and make a wreath for a friends cafe door...

I've done christmas type stuff before, but never a wreath.

Maybe others could post their home made versions, and give me a few ideas for next year

I used two types of pine needles, three types of holly leaf, hazel to form the frame and a fair bit of paracord LoL!
Next year i will do it with my own cordage and pine tar, but i have to learn both skills first!

This is quite tempting to do, my wife always says I'm a christmas scrooge. How do you go about starting one?

It costs nothing but time, and a glass of wine always helps!

Make a circle out of hazel... you may have to shave/taper the thicker end to get a decent shape, collect your own pine and holly, pine cones, ferns, whatever really...
Group various items togehter in small bunches and tie onto hoop one bunch at a time, repeat and keep filling glass as its thirsty work!

Think I know what I am doing this weekend now, should be nice to get out and collect what I need for a wreath. Think the kids might enjoy it aswell

nice one al looks really good i should do one really give it to the ex wife as a christmas pressie might get brownie points if im lucky regards dave
