Hello all ive recently moved to Northumberland and am lucky enough to be only 30 minutes from the Cheviots. I have been on a couple of walks up there but would like to do more. Are there any groups that i could join. Or if anyone knows any good walks up there pls let me know Thanks

St Cuthberts cave is well worth a visit, not sure if its in the Cheviots but have fond memories of that place.

alpkit gamma for the torch. I lived at the top of the Coquet valley for 5 years, its a great place. Good places for walks are Simonside, the Coquet valley above Alwinton and any of the FC land. Wild camping is usually tolerated unless you're on the live firing area on the ranges!
