If not the Gamma (which is a great bit of kit), there is also the new Manta http://www.alpkit.com/lighting . For £15, they are fantastic value for money - Duracell batteries included!

Alpkit Gamma...brilliant.

I went for the Gamma over the Mantra, as I preferred the way it sat on my head with the battery pack at the rear balancing the weight. It also has the advantage of the rear light, which is handy for walking/riding at night.
I went to Alpkit a month and a bit ago and they had some reconditioned ones for half price (including batteries).
