changing memebership status

Hi,

I'm sure this is explained elsewhere and I apologise. When and how does ones status chage? I notice I went from memeber to active memeber and now I have the honour of being a tenderfoot. What's next? How do they change?

It depends on your number of posts. I don't remember where you can find the different treshholds though.
