Carving Knife?

Can anyone tell me where to get one of those little carving knives with the bent end, i want to make a spoon or three, i have seen our local blacksmith use one simaler on horses hooves, but i haven't seen any in the shops i go to,, Yours Den

The Axminster ones are cheap but good, I got mine from them
