I’m wondering if these may be of interest here to any of our crafty makers before I put them on EBay.
All belonged to my Dad and seem to be very good quality tools.
First up a set of 5 palm carving chisels for woodblock or relief carving. Most by Pfeill of Switzerland but one by Blanchard & Dixon ( toolmakers for Hermés).
There is some surface rust on these from storage. Cosmetic only I’d say. £SOLD STC.
Second is two sets of Japanese woodblock/Lino cutters. Good quality and very sharp. One set of 5 and one set of 3, various profiles. Good condition in original boxes. £10 the lot, delivered.
And finally a set of 7 jewellers’ or artist’s engraving chisels. One by Müller and 4 by Lyons with dark stained wooden palm handles. Various profiles and skews. Again a little surface rusting. Cosmetic only.
£50 delivered ovno
I might be open to swaps for a good crooked knife.
