Not come accross one in carbon steel....I think the blade blanks are a sandvik steel....take a wicked edge too:)

i dont think so no, they are hunting knives so understandably they used 12c27 stainless. it is a tough stainless though

Not see any in carbon steel, these blades are stainless but must have a high carbon content. They sharpen up nicely and hold a good edge, but also start to rust if left in damp condition!

You can get a blade for under £20, so why not try one?
