Can anyone fit a watch strap for me?

Well....I have two watches.

One is knackered but has a good strap

The other works and the strap is splitting...

is there anyone here who can swap them over?

I have lots to trade for this service.

(I could go to the jewelers but my local one wont do it and the others are in town; rather have one of you benefit).

any chance you could put up photos of both watches ? might give us an idea of whats involved.

Are they the compression pin type? If so, it might be cheaper for me to just send you the tool.

It is simple. Get the correct tool, then you will do them rest of your life.
You also need to get new pins. Measure the distance between the lugs. But several pins. I personally change pins once a year. Pins wear out.
I assume the width of the straps is the same?
