OK, I'm a bit of a Swiss Army knife nut, and own all 3 of the named models. Of the 3, I use the Huntsman the most.
The corkscrew is really useful for loosening over-tightened knots, as well as pulling corks. Also the place to store the optional mini screwdriver - something spectacle wearers will find incredibly useful. The parcel hook I don't use much, but it can be handy. It is rated to something like 240Kg loading. I've used it for threading cords through holes by pulling it through with the hook, and for pulling metal tent pegs and even nails.

Excellent choice.. I've had a Huntsman since a winter trip to Aviemore in 1991.. scissors are one of the best features of any SAK..
