Bushnells Binoculars, little help please.

Bought me some Bushnells while in Scotland a wee while ago. Great binoculars!
However, one of the adjustable eye things has jammed.
I looked on their site and they offer a thirty year gaurantee on binoclulars but the local gun shop here in Yorkshire dont do Bushnells.
Where can I send them for repair?

And rang any old sunglasses shop who sold Serengeti.
They gave me the direct telephone number for Bushnell Optics Customer Service in the UK.
Who were very helpful.
