Anybody out there filled in the slip in the above mentioned magazine for a free 2012 diary?
If yes is the answer, don't get excited!
if no, don't bother!

Picture shows a nice leather bound diary, But what you get is a crap leather print paper thing, which i would not even use as toilet roll! (well maybe if i was desperate!).

Can't really complain cos it was free, But i would be embarrassed to give it away.

I feel better now that i have got that off my chest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just wanted to let people know, I'm not dissing to magazine, Can't wait for to come out every 2 months and have been recieving it since the first mag came out!
It's been usefull to look back on when making projects or reviews on kit etc..
Best mag ever! LOVE IT!

Not complaining! Just a waste of a perfectly good tree when you think how many they must have printed, then there's envelopes in both directions, ink etc....:vio:

Having never even seen a " Bushcraft Publication " perhaps only having a local newsagent to choose from " I can order it if you like ? " I take it from the comments on this thread that it is not a highly respected magazine ?

So as i can't be bothered to wend my way to W H Smith, and risk there not being a selection , can you boys recommend me a suitable form of connected reading material for perusal , on these long winter nights ? Or is it all as most magazines, full of adverts and crap !

No, Nothing mentioned leather, But you can see from the first pic on mag cover, that whatever it's made of, it actually wraps round on itself!

Actually glad i got it now, cos it's given my family a laugh, and laughter releases happy Endorphins!

Had that for years, but after six years of getting that delivered, i fancied a change!!!
Bushcraft mag not better just different!

Cheers Southey , can i walk into Smiths and just pick it up ? or do i have to suscribe to 12 months ? coz i like to try before i buy !

On that note if ? being a limited circulation , i could be really cheeky ! and if someone has an old copy of one that doen't affect a collection , wouldn't mind sending me a copy , i would appreciate it , and of course in return to cover hassle/postage etc , i would reciprocate something in exchange .
