The Joker, because I like Micarta and stainless and have not tried 14c28n, and it is cheaper.
I have a Lars Falt folder in birch and the finish on the wood feels non existent.
Although, if you wanted a closer race, you could have asked about the Casstrom Swedish Forest knife No10.

In which case I would have gone with the No10, more sculpted handle, slightly higher hardness quoted for blade and longer handle relative to blade.
The real question is, what are you looking for and what drew you to the two you asked about?
